This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using the Jiffy platform. By using Jiffy, you agree to follow these rules.

These guidelines are in place to ensure the platform remains secure, reliable, and fair for all users.

You may use Jiffy only for lawful business purposes, including:

  • Delivering workplace training or assessments to your staff
  • Tracking learning progress and compliance records
  • Managing certifications and training documentation
  • Accessing and completing assigned courses

You must ensure that all users within your organisation also comply with this policy.

You must not use the platform to:

  • Break any applicable law or regulation
  • Upload or distribute harmful, abusive, or offensive content
  • Store or transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other users' data
  • Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Copy, scrape, or exploit platform content without permission
  • Use the platform in a way that could damage, disable, or impair performance

User-generated content

You are responsible for any content you upload to Jiffy, including training materials, documents, and user data.

You must ensure:
All content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright or data protection laws.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates this policy.

Security and misuse

You must not attempt to:

  • Bypass authentication or security measures
  • Probe or test system vulnerabilities
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Enforcement

If you breach this policy, we may take action including:

  • Suspending or terminating your account
  • Removing offending content
  • Restricting access to certain features
  • Reporting unlawful activity to authorities where required

We will act proportionately and aim to resolve issues fairly, but we reserve the right to act immediately where necessary.
