01 Who we are

Jiffy Compliance is a workforce compliance platform run by Loxbrook Associates Limited (company number 04924146), registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is at 182 Worcester Road, Bromsgrove, B61 7AZ.

We also trade as Marble Training. When these Terms say "we", "us" or "our", we mean Loxbrook Associates Limited.

02 What these Terms cover

These Terms apply whenever you use the Jiffy Compliance website at jiffyaiportal.com, the Jiffy Compliance platform, or any product or service we offer — including standalone eLearning course purchases.

If you're using Jiffy Compliance on behalf of a business, you're confirming that you have authority to agree to these Terms on the business's behalf. Any reference to "you" includes that business.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Jiffy Compliance. Our services are for business use and are not directed at consumers purchasing in a personal capacity.

03 Your account

To use the platform, you'll need to create an account. When you do, please:

You're responsible for everything that happens on your account. If you're a business customer giving your workers access to their own worker portals, you're also responsible for ensuring they use the platform appropriately.

If you only purchase a standalone eLearning course without registering for the full platform, you'll get a learner account giving you access to that course only. These Terms still apply to that use.

04 How you can use Jiffy Compliance

We give you permission to use Jiffy Compliance for its intended purpose — running your workforce compliance. That permission is personal to you, can't be transferred, and can be withdrawn if you break these Terms.

Please don't use Jiffy Compliance to:

We take misuse seriously. If we find a breach of this section, we may suspend or close your account.

05 Our products and how they're priced

Jiffy Compliance is made up of three modules. Here's how each one works:

Module How it's priced
Onboarding & Compliance Hub
Onboarding, expiry tracking, e-sign, PPE, face-to-face checks, announcements
Free forever. 1GB storage included. Extra storage from £3/mo. 25 Jiffy AI credits included on registration; top up any time.
Learning Management (LMS)
Compliance course library, course builder, AI course generator, certificates
Pay per course (priced individually) · or subscribe to the full library at £5 per active worker per month · Create your own courses from £10 each
Health & Safety
RAMS, COSHH, audits, inspections, accidents, fire safety, management reviews
RAMS: Free. Full H&S module: from £150/mo. Expert consulting services: quoted on requirement.

5.1 Active worker definition

For LMS billing, an "active worker" is anyone who has an active profile on your account and can access or be assigned a course, you can update the profile status of anyone to inactive at any time. You only pay for actual usage.

5.2 Payments and VAT

All prices are in GBP. VAT will be added at the applicable rate where required. Payment is taken through our third-party payment processor at the time of purchase or at the start of each billing period for monthly subscriptions.

5.3 Refunds

Once a paid add-on has been accessed or consumed (including AI credits used, courses completed and storage used), it isn't refundable — unless we've made an error or you have rights under consumer law. If something has gone wrong, contact us and we'll do the right thing.

5.4 Expert H&S services

Expert consulting sessions are delivered by qualified H&S professionals. They give you expert guidance — but they don't constitute legal advice. For formal legal compliance matters, you should speak to a qualified solicitor. Specific terms for expert engagements will be confirmed at the point of booking.

We may change the features included in each module or the pricing of paid add-ons. We'll give you reasonable notice of any changes that affect you — and if you're mid-subscription, changes won't apply until your next billing period.

06 Standalone eLearning purchases

You don't need a full Jiffy Compliance platform account to buy and complete a course. You can purchase individual eLearning courses directly from our website without signing up to the platform.

6.1 How it works

6.2 Access period

Unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase, course access is provided for 12 months from the date of purchase. After that period, access may lapse — but any certificates already earned remain available to download during the access period. We recommend downloading your certificate as soon as you complete the course.

6.3 Refunds on eLearning purchases

If you purchase a course and haven't started it yet, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing [email protected]. Once you've started the course, we're unable to offer a refund — but if you have any problems, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

6.4 Course content

All course content is provided for educational and training purposes. Completing a course is not a substitute for professional, legal or regulatory advice specific to your circumstances. Where courses include AI-generated or AI-assisted content, the same responsibilities described in Section 7 apply.

For business eLearning customers: your light business account gives you visibility of which team members have enrolled, their progress and their completion certificates. It does not include the full compliance hub, worker portal, expiry tracking or H&S features. You can upgrade to the full platform at any time.

07 AI-generated content — what it is and what it isn't

Important — please read this section carefully

Jiffy AI uses artificial intelligence to help you draft documents, generate courses, answer compliance questions and flag issues in your workforce data. This can save you a significant amount of time — but AI can and does make mistakes.

Every piece of AI-generated content — whether it's a RAMS, a COSHH assessment, a course, a policy draft or an answer to a compliance question — is a starting point, not a finished product. It must be reviewed by a qualified person before you rely on it, publish it, assign it to workers, or use it as evidence of compliance.

7.1 What this means in practice

7.2 Your responsibility

When you use Jiffy AI's AI features, you take on responsibility for reviewing the output. We make this as easy as possible — every AI-generated document includes a review and approval step before it can be published or assigned. But the final judgement is always yours.

7.3 Our responsibility

We work hard to make Jiffy's AI outputs as useful and accurate as possible. But we cannot guarantee that AI-generated content is error-free, legally compliant, complete or suitable for your specific situation. Our liability for losses arising from your reliance on unreviewed AI-generated content without independent verification is excluded to the extent permitted by law — see Section 12.

AI-generated content does not constitute legal, regulatory or professional advice. If you are unsure whether a document, assessment or course meets your legal obligations, speak to a qualified professional. Jiffy Compliance's expert H&S consulting service can help — but that service is delivered by humans, not AI, and is subject to separate terms.

08 Partner content in the free tier

The free compliance hub is partly supported by content and promotions from vetted partners — companies in relevant industries like insurance, H&S supplies, training bodies and legal services.

Here's what we commit to on partner content:

We're not responsible for any partner's products, services or practices. Any relationship you choose to enter into with a partner is between you and them.

09 Your content and your workers' data

You're responsible for everything you upload to Jiffy Compliance — documents, certifications, workforce records, course content and anything else. By uploading it, you're confirming that:

We process your workers' personal data on your instructions, as your data processor. Our Data Processing Agreement sets out exactly how we do that and forms part of your agreement with us when you register for an account.

10 Who owns what

We own Jiffy Compliance. The software, design, course content in the Jiffy library, trademarks and all other intellectual property in the platform belong to Loxbrook Associates Limited or our licensors. Using Jiffy Compliance doesn't give you any ownership rights in it — just the limited permission to use it described in Section 4.

You own your content. Everything you upload to the platform — your documents, your workforce data, your custom courses — remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it for the sole purpose of providing the service to you. We don't use your content for any other purpose.

The name "Jiffy Compliance" and our branding are ours. Please don't use them without asking us first.

11 What we can't promise

We work hard to keep Jiffy Compliance running well — but we can't make absolute guarantees. Specifically:

Nothing in this section changes your statutory rights as a business customer under English law, and nothing excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12 Our liability to you

We want to be straightforward about this. To the fullest extent the law allows:

We're also not liable for losses that arise from:

None of this affects liability that can't be limited under English law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13 Your responsibility to us

If your use of Jiffy Compliance — or a breach of these Terms — causes us to face a claim, you agree to cover our reasonable costs in dealing with it. This includes claims arising from your content, your workers' data, or any law you or your organisation has broken.

14 Third-party services we use

Jiffy Compliance is built on and integrated with third-party infrastructure and services. We can't guarantee the availability or performance of those services, and we're not responsible for losses caused by third-party failures.

Where the platform includes links to or integrations with external services, your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

15 Suspending or ending your account

If you want to leave: you can close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We'll retain your data for three months after closure in case you need anything, then delete it in line with our Privacy Policy. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time — your access continues until the end of that billing period.

If we need to act: we may suspend or close your account immediately if we reasonably believe you've broken these Terms or that your account poses a security risk. We'll let you know why unless doing so would compromise security or be prevented by law.

The following sections survive termination of your account: 7 (AI content), 10 (Ownership), 11 (Our limitations), 12 (Liability), 13 (Your responsibility) and 16 (Governing law).

16 When things change

Changes to the service: we may update, change or add to the features of Jiffy Compliance at any time. For anything material, we'll give you reasonable notice — either in the platform or by email.

Changes to these Terms: we'll update the date at the top when we make changes. If you carry on using Jiffy Compliance after an update, you're accepting the new Terms. If you don't agree with a change, please stop using the platform and let us know.
